Meet Erica Rivard

Erica has been providing help for people with hearing loss at Hearing Wellness Centre 2017. She graduated from the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan University in 2020. Erica administers your hearing assessments and wax removals, she cleans and checks your hearing devices, and she helps you determine the best hearing solutions for your needs. Erica is a long term hearing aid user and is passionate about bridging the gap between hearing and hard of hearing communities. Through education, collaboration, and advocacy, she is committed to enhancing accessibility, and encouraging meaningful relationships between diverse communities. During her personal time you will find Erica out on the golf course, attending sporting events and spending time with her young family.
